A wellness break at R1 220 an hour per therapist. Conferences, offsites, and the half hour before the next meeting.

Gentle work in oncology and hospital wards. The same intention as a home visit: regulate the nervous system, quietly.

Boutique stays, festivals, and the room a company books for the day. The treatment comes to the gathering.

Five guests or more. Massage from R200, facials, MediHeel, and a mini manicure.
About us
Liesel Fysh built Body Basics client by client: living rooms along the Atlantic Seaboard, small home studios, corporate strategy sessions, and festival pavements. Long before the name, she was easing a colleague’s shoulders on a late shift, or working tension out of a friend’s legs on a school hike. The instinct came before the theory. She wanted the freedom to fetch her children from school, and to design care that could leave four walls.
Over more than twenty years the intention has stayed the same. Meet people where they are, in oncology wards, boutique hotels, and community rooms, and help regulate the nervous system.

Touch therapy should reach anyone, wherever they are in life. The work takes nervous-system care into homes, workplaces, hospitals, and communities, and the longer aim is a network of sustainable practices under one brand.
Mission
A session is led by someone who knows the work, listens, and stays present. Safe, informed touch is treated as a human right.

Workplace and partnerships
Chair massage for the boardroom, a wellness hour before the next meeting, conferences, and leadership days. One therapist or a full team. The published rate is the starting point. Larger partnerships are quoted.
Ongoing retainers, conferences, and tailored activations are quoted. Hot stone, Aromatouch, and lymphatic drainage can be arranged with Liesel.
Book a workplace visit
With the Amy Foundation in Cape Town, emerging therapists join real sessions. Mentor beside them, then paid work, then a practice of their own under a name people already trust.
Every booking is a qualified therapist who has listened first. The mobile model only works if the touch is as careful in a boardroom as it is in the studio.
Travel is excluded from the ten-session pack. A single mobile hour is listed above, with travel added by distance.
